• Yes.  The versatile design exporter at the heart of TubeWorks empowers you to send your creation directly to any bender as a Supravision, STEP, IGS, or OBS file.
• Alternatively, you can generate a PDF report with LRA and XYZ values for manual entry into the machine.

TubeWorks for SOLIDWORKS

• TubeWorks for SOLIDWORKS is capable of accepting all file types that are supported by SOLIDWORKS as TubeWorks for SOLDIWORKS is a native SOLIDWORKS Add-in.

• TubeWorks Pro is a stand-alone desktop application whereas TubeWorks for SOLIDWORKS is an add-in for SOLIDWORKS so you must have an active copy of SOLIDWORKS in addition to TubeWorks.
• The CMM and Simulation modules are only available in TubeWorks Pro.
• There are additional feature differences between TubeWorks for SOLIDWORKS and TubeWorks Pro

TubeWorks Pro

• Yes, TubeWorks Pro has automated many of the processes that traditionally required CAD experience.  With a few clicks you will be able extract critical bend and manufacturing data. Additionally we have easy to follow training videos and more can be added upon request.

TubeWorks for SOLIDWORKS

• No, you will need SOLIDWORKS experience in order to use TubeWorks for SOLDWORKS.

TubeWorks for SOLIDWORKS

• TubeWorks for SOLIDWORKS requires an active SOLIDWORKS license.

• A single license allows for installation on a single computer.

TubeWorks version 2025 and beyond:

• User-based licensing replaces cumbersome traditional methods (activation keys, deactivation codes, node-locking, etc.) with a simple login system tied directly to each individual user:
  • Assigned per user: each license belongs to one person.
  • Any company computer: install and run TubeWorks anywhere on your network.
  • Single concurrent session: log out on one device before logging in on another.
